MS Office Program Viewers

Since I got so much positive feedback on yesterday’s post about free software I thought I would post three very useful free software tools. Microsoft Office is an expensive program and not everyone has it. The most recent MS Office software release also introduced a new file format. So for those of you out there who don’t have MS Office but need to view MS office files there are the free MS Office File Viewers, the most current batch have been updated for the new file type. The three big ones, especially if you are a student are the MS Word File Viewer, MS Excel File Viewer and MS PowerPoint File Viewer. All three are capable of viewing the newest office files as well as the old ones.

I should really download these viewers cos I know I will need them.
But, I just don’t feel like doing it right now.
And I know I’ll forget later.
I have super-severe motivational issues sometimes, Sir It.
If you have the newest MS office you don’t need them. If not they could be very useful. I hear you on the motivation. I need to find some to read all the books for my classes this semester.
